At DC Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging in perfect condition.
- Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer must provide proof of shipment of the package. In case of loss of the shipment, no refund will be made without this proof.
Refund Process
Once the item has been returned and checked by our team, we will notify you whether your refund request has been accepted or rejected.
- If your request is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at candledc@outlook.com . We will offer you a replacement or refund.
Exceptions
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund unless defective or damaged.
MY WORKSHOP
All my candles are created from A to Z at home, in my workshop. I design each candle with passion, taking care of every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the final touch. My home workshop allows me to make completely artisanal, handmade candles, to guarantee a unique and high quality product.
